Tam Ngoc’s integrated manufacturing system connects every stage of production under one certified facility. From raw fruit selection to final export preparation, each step is managed in-house to ensure consistent quality, safety, and traceability across all product lines.
Raw Material Receiving & Inspection
Selected tropical fruits arrive from approved farms and contracted growers. Each batch is inspected for maturity, freshness, and pesticide residue before entering production. Only approved lots proceed to processing.
Cleaning & Preparation
Fruits are washed using filtered, RO-treated water to remove surface impurities. Skilled workers trim, peel, and slice according to required sizes and specifications for each product type.
Drying or IQF
Freezing
Prepared fruits are transferred to one of three specialized lines: soft-dried, freeze-dried, or IQF frozen. Each process is optimized to retain color, aroma, texture, and nutrients while meeting moisture and microbial standards.
Inspection & Quality Testing
Samples from each batch are analyzed in our in-house laboratory for moisture, microbial safety, and sensory profile. QA teams verify that all results meet internal and export-market standards before packaging approval.
Packaging and Labeling
Products are sealed in controlled areas using food-grade materials, then labeled with traceable batch codes and product information. Packaging formats vary by market retail packs, foodservice bags, or bulk cartons.
Cold Storage & Export Preparation
Finished goods are stored in our 1,200-ton cold-storage facility to maintain stability before dispatch. Orders are consolidated, documented, and loaded under monitored conditions for shipment to global partners.
Modern, Scalable Processing Facility
Our 50,000 m² factory brings together advanced technologies for drying, freezing, and packaging tropical fruits in a controlled environment. The site layout follows hygienic design principles, with dedicated areas for raw material intake, processing, packaging, and cold storage to prevent contamination and improve operational flow.
Tam Ngoc operates four specialized production lines for soft-dried, freeze-dried, IQF frozen fruits, and finished packaging. Each line functions independently with separate airflow and sanitation systems, maintaining consistent temperature and humidity to preserve texture, color, and nutritional value.
The facility includes 1,200 tons of cold storage for both intermediate and finished products, ensuring stable conditions before shipment. Water used in processing passes through reverse-osmosis and UV treatment systems, safeguarding hygiene at every stage.
Separate production zones for GMO and Non-GMO lines enable flexibility in meeting diverse certification and labeling requirements across export markets.
